Your ticket purchases will benefit Friends of Lasdon Park & Arboretum (FLPA) a 501(c)3 tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization formed for the purpose of aiding in the development of Lasdon Park and Arboretum which is owned and operated by Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation. Your ticket, merchandise purchases and/or membership help us to fulfill our mission.
We have made your safety a priority. Our new train show will be touch free and include additional safety measures. Masks for all guests over the age of 2. Markers will be set throughout to help guests maintain a minimum of 6 feet or more of separation. All tickets will be sold online only. Scheduled viewing times in conjunction with reduced capacity.
Autumn Changes: Change can be good!
Learn that change can be a good thing during a new fall exhibit and train show at the Conservatory at Lasdon Park. The new exhibit “Autumn Changes: Change can be good,” features a fallen little Tupelo Leaf, who doesn’t want to change his colors and sets off on a journey to understand why it is so important for leaves to change color in fall.
Built with 300 feet of track, visitors will stroll the winding path inside the Conservatory viewing miniature landscapes with animated characters, all tucked within an array of colorful plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Tickets will be sold on-line only with scheduled viewing times. Tickets are limited. No tickets will be sold on-site. All visitors will be required to wear masks inside the Conservatory and observe all safety rules.
Allow approximately 15-20 minutes to view entire exhibit.

Bring your completed pumpkins and entry fee to the Shop at the Conservatory Plaza to check in and pay entry fee. Tables will be set up for display.
Friday, October 30 between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday, October 31 between 9 a.m – 11 a.m.
VOTING BEGINS AT 11 a.m. SAT., OCTOBER 31
Award winners will be notified on Sunday, November 1
The public will vote for entries using their smart phone, only one vote per person. Winners will be selected by number of public votes. (In case of a tie, FLPA judges will determine all winners.)
Pumpkin pick-up is no later than 4 p.m., Sunday, November 1. Any pumpkins that are not picked up will be composted.

Walk with dinosaurs in the Lasdon Dinosaur Garden. The path is located off the driveway across from the main house. Visit LasdonPark.org home page and access the map for the Lasdon Scavenger Hunt. See if you have what it takes to be a Lasdon Master Explorer. Follow the clues on the map and answer the questions, if you can get them all right you will be an official Lasdon Master Explorer!
